Fitness is the ability to perform a particular task or activity. At Cantii, we see this task as LIFE. We all need to MOVE in different directions and for as LONG as possible. If we don’t use our bodies, we stop being human. With the modern sedentary lifestyle, it’s very easy to fall into this TRAP. Notice the FLUID MOTION of a young child compared to the 40-year-old office worker. Children regularly PLAY through activities such as running, climbing trees and tumbling. As we get older, LIFE takes over and we reduce, or even STOP doing these.
At Cantii, we organise our training protocols with the aim to make you more ‘youthful’ so you can be better at LIFE. Whether it is for competitive sport, to fair-weather walking; Or playing in the garden with your dog or children. Whatever it’s for, we want to make a BETTER YOU!
Our classes take these natural movement patterns; add volume and/or intensity, to make your GOALS possible. All while being surrounded by like-minded individuals that SUPPORT and ENCOURAGE each other to ACHIEVE more.
You do not need to “get in shape” to attend a CrossFit class. We scale the difficulty so that it is friendly and accessible for any fitness level. CrossFit is for everyone! If you haven’t done it before or still consider yourself a beginner, let this be your first step!
